JES Network《茉萃薈》x The Project Futurus Softmeal Cooking Workshops I

The Project Futurus has been an advocate in promoting the importance of “dining with dignity”. They have established an information platform, “Captain Softmeal” (軟餐俠), to help raise awareness on swallowing difficulties and alternative diet options.
Softmeal is a form of texture-modified diet for elders and patients who suffer from swallowing difficulties (also known as dysphagia). We cordially invite you to experience making Mooncake, Shu Mai and Char Siu Rice softmeal first-hand and to explore the future of aging.
Softmeal cooking workshop I + Studio Tour

Registration: 9:45am – 10:00am
Time: 10:00am – 12:30pm
Menu: Mooncake softmeal (月餅軟餐), Shu Mai softmeal (燒賣軟餐)
Location: The Project Futurus, G/F, Hing Yip Center, 72 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan
Registration fee: HK$500 per head (Your registration feel will be donated to The Project Futurus)
