This year’s JESSICA Leaders’ Forum will be held online for a wider-reaching audience. Ms Elizabeth Wong Director of Licensing and Head of Fintech unit, Intermediaries, Securities and Futures Commission
Ms Elizabeth Wong is a Director of Licensing and Head of Fintech unit, Intermediaries, Securities and Futures Commission.
Her work involves the formulation of the Commission’s policy on fintech matters and leading and supervising the licensing application approval process for virtual asset trading platforms, robo-advisers, virtual asset fund managers and traditional securities and asset management firms. Prior to taking up this role, Ms Wong worked in the Investment Products Division and the Intermediaries Supervision Department and played a key role in Commission-wide policy initiatives including developing and enhancing Hong Kong as an international asset management centre and introducing guidelines for regulating the sale of investment products through online distribution and advisory platforms.
Ms Wong practised as a banking and finance lawyer in Hong Kong prior to joining the Commission.

Spencer graduated from a Fine Arts at HKU in 1987 & taken the Master degree on Business science ( International marketing strategy ) in National University of Ireland, in 1997. He started his advertising career since 1988, working in various global advertising firms like Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Bates, Ball Partnership and McCann. For the last 32 years, Spencer has made Hong Kong advertising and creative industry well-known in the world, by winning the Hong Kong first Cannes Lions Grand Priz and the highest ranking in 2009 & 1994; and more than 500 awards internationally, for multinational brands like Coca-cola, Nike, Mastercard, HSBC, Hong Kong Land, and local brands like Yuu, Fashion Walk, Mox, Soviet et Titus & Henderson Land. In 2018, Spencer restarts his new joint-venture company with the legendary Maurice & Charles Saatchi, named M&C Saatchi Spencer. The company has won the Best Agency of the year of 2019 & 2021, by Campaign.
Ms Nancy Ting 丁樂恩

Nancy 現為 Google 香港及大中華區創作者營銷總監。於聖保羅男女中學畢業並完成香港會考後，她在加拿大皇后大學（Queen’s University）取得電機及電腦工程學（Electrical & Computer Engineering）學士學位，並在麻省理工學院（MIT）取得工商管理學碩士學位。她的 STEM（科學（Science）、技術（Technology）、工程（Engineering）及數學（Mathematics）） 和工商管理的背景讓她因應市場的趨勢和個人不同階段的發展，在全球不同城市甚至不同領域找到合適的服務機會，例如：在 IBM 多倫多和英國倫敦擔任程式編寫員，在德勤（Deloitte）紐約總部和香港擔任技術戰略顧問，在摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）紐約總部和香港擔任投資銀行家，以及在加利福尼亞和香港成為企業家。 因此，Nancy 對 DEI，即是指多元（Diversity）、公平（Equity）和共融（Inclusion）甚為熱衷，尤其是扶助基層和弱勢社群，讓他們在 STEM 取得學習機會。Nancy 深信科技的急速發展和進步將為未來帶來許多的新機遇和未知的新職位，而 STEM 的基礎將幫助大家因應市場的需要為機遇做好準備。

Belinda is the Managing Director Asia of The DO, an award winning social impact advisory with a mission to enable companies and individuals to thrive in a purposeful economy that is sustainable and innovative. Prior to joining The DO, Belinda founded a marketing consultancy, spearheaded the APAC community growth for a global tech community and led high-profile marketing campaigns for a “Big 4” female entrepreneur program. Passionate about female empowerment, building communities and making a change, she is the Co-Founder and Chair of Women in Tech APAC, Vice-Chair of The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong’s Women of Influence Committee, a committee member of TEDxTinHauWomen, and a co-host for #impact – a podcast featuring people making a social impact.
Ms Lisa Moore
Research & Advocacy Director, The Women’s Foundation
Lisa joined The Women’s Foundation in 2011 and became Director of Research, Advocacy and Communications in January 2020.
Lisa oversees TWF’s independent, collaboratively produced research on critical, under-discussed gender issues. She also leads advocacy efforts that aim to challenge and transform existing attitudes and behaviours that are preventing women and girls from fully participating in society through cross-sector campaigns as well as sector-specific actions. Additionally, she manages their communications strategy and execution to drive TWF’s presence and impact in the wider community.
She is part of Meta’s Global Women’s Safety Expert Advisors, a group of experts that help Meta develop new policies, products and programmes that better support the women in the digital space.
Prior to TWF, Lisa served as a Teaching & Research Fellow for Morningside College at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Lisa holds a BA in Ethnic Studies from the University of Richmond and a MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and Nanjing University.
