林彩珠（Ida）

「香港展能藝術會」（ADAHK）的創會成員及現任主席，30多年來致力以各種藝術形式為身心障礙者提供支持。她擁有社會工作和復康工作的經驗，於「香港盲人輔導會」等社區組織擔任要職。Ida的專業知識讓她被委任為民政事務局表演藝術委員會委員、西九文化區管理局諮詢會成員，以及康樂及文化事務處博物館諮詢委員會委員。

Ida Lam

Ida Lam, a founding member and current Chairperson of Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK), has dedicated over 30 years to supporting people with disabilities in various art forms. With experience in social work and rehabilitation, Lam has held key positions in community organizations, including the Hong Kong Society for the Blind and the Rehabilitation Committee. Her expertise has been recognized through appointments to the Committee on Performing Arts at the Home Affairs Bureau, the Consultation Panel at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, and the Art Museum Advisory Panel of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
